Urinals. Type size and shape of the urinal will be as specified in schedule “A” and shall confirm to IS - 2556 (Part–VI) section 1. The bottom of the pan shall have sufficient slope from the front towards the outlet shall be provided. When installed there should be no liquid left over in the bottom of the pan of the urinal after flushing. Each urinal shall be provided with not less than two fixing holes on each side. Each urinal shall have an integral flushing rim of suitable type and inlet or supply horn for connecting flush pipe. The flushing rim and inlet shall be of the self draining type.

Urinals. The urinal shall be flat back or angular pattern lipped from basin of required dimensions of white/approved colour vitreous china and one piece construction with integral flushing box rim of an approved make as specified. It shall be fixed in the position by using wooden plug embedded in the wall with screws of proper size. The size of wooden plugs shall be 50mmx50mm at base tapering to 38mmx38mm at top and length of 5.0cms. These shall be fixed in the wall in cement mortar 1:3. After the plug fixed in the wall, the mortar shall be cured till it set. Each urinal shall be connected to a 32mm diameter PVC waste pipe unless otherwise specified, which shall discharge into a channel or approved trap as specified or shown in drawings. The connection between the urinal and flush or waste pipe shall be made by means of white lead mixed with chopped hemp. The flush pipe and waste pipe shall be concealed where directed. The inlet water supply pipe to the urinal shall be GI pipe of 15mm nominal bore concealed in the wall and provided with a 15mm wheel valve as shown in the drawing. Payment Payment of urinals shall be on unit basis. Rate quoted shall include cost of urinals, inlet and outlet pipes, wheel valve, breaking and making good the walls and flooring, making inlet and outlet connections, painting exposed brackets and GI pipes etc. all complete. Wash basins This shall be rectangle shape with one tap hole conforming to IS:2556 Part-IV. Wash basins shall be of one-piece construction including a combined overflow. A slot type of overflow having an area of not less than 5 Sq. cm. shall be provided in the front or back of the bowl and it shall be so designed as to facilitate cleaning of the overflow. This shall be fitted on C.I or MS fabricated brackets to suit the fixing of the wash basins. Brackets shall conform to IS:775. The brackets shall be given two coats of white enamel paint or Aluminium paint, over a coat of primer. The wall side shall be fixed well flushed with the plaster of wall and the joint if any, shall be properly stopped with mortar and painted white. One pillar cock, angular stop cock, PVC connecting pipe with brass union, a CP brass bottle trap with union, CP brass chain and rubber PVC stopper, 32mm dia. PVC waste pipe shall also be supplied and fitted with the wash basin and connected to the trap as per the drawing.   • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.

BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services.   • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.
