Upon receiving. a transfer to a different classification, each regular employee will be given an opportunity to learn, in an orderly sequence, all phases of the work necessary to carry out his job. Orderly sequence means attending the Company’s applicable basic courses in appropriate order or by receiving on the job training (OJT). 35.7.1 In the event a regular employee does not satisfactorily complete a basic training course or cannot demonstrate the ability to perform the necessary job tasks through OJT within thirty (30) calendar days as outlined above, the Company shall return the employee back to their original position.
