Upon Lodgment. It is a term of the Agreement the Company will provide Group Personal Accident & Sickness Insurance with a total cover of $2000 per week on behalf of the Employees from the date of agreement. The maximum cost of such policy shall not exceed $23.75 per week, per Employee.
