Except for any Permitted Alterations, Tenants shall not remove any carpet, or wall coverings, window blinds, or window draperies visible from outside the Premises without the prior written approval from Landlord.\n4. Tenant shall not use, keep, or permit to be used or to be kept, any foul or noxious gas or substance in the Premises, or permit or suffer the Premises to be occupied or used in a manner offensive or objectionable to Landlord or other occupants of the Building by reason of noise, odors and/or vibrations, or interfere in any way with other tenants or those having business therein. Tenant shall maintain the leased Premises free from mice, rats, bugs and ants attracted by food, water or storage materials.\n5. No person shall disturb the occupants of this or adjoining buildings or Premises by the use of any radio or musical instrument or by the making of loud or improper noises.\n6. Tenant shall not disturb, solicit or canvas any occupant of the Building or Industrial Center and shall cooperate to prevent same.\n7. Parking any type of recreational vehicles is specifically prohibited. No vehicle of any type shall be stored in the parking areas at any time. No advertisement, picture or sign of any sort shall be displayed on or outside the Premises or the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall not use, keep or permit to be used or kept any foul or noxious gas or substance or any flammable or combustible materials on or around the Premises, the Building or the Industrial Center, except as consented to by Landlord in writing as set forth in Paragraph 6 of the Lease.\n6. Tenant shall not alter any lock or install any new exterior locks or bolts on any door at the Premises without providing Landlord with a duplicate key for such locks promptly following installation.\n7. Tenant may make up to ten (10) duplicate keys without the prior consent of Landlord.\n8. Tenant shall park motor vehicles in those general parking areas as designated by Landlord except for loading and unloading. During those periods of loading and unloading, Tenant shall not unreasonably interfere with traffic flow within the Industrial Center and loading and unloading areas of other Tenants.\n9. Tenant shall not disturb, solicit or canvas any occupant of the Building or Industrial Center and shall cooperate to prevent same.\n10. No person shall go on the roof without Landlord\u2019s permission, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.\n11.
