Upon Completion occurring. ‌ (a) the provisions of clause 9.5 shall continue to have effect in respect of Implementation Costs solely to the extent that such costs have been invoiced but not paid as at the date of Completion; and (b) subject to subclause 9.6(a), any obligations of the Purchaser and the Seller under this agreement in respect of the Separation Plan shall cease to have effect, except for any obligations and activities under the Separation Plan that are specified in the Separation Plan to continue after the date of Completion.‌
