Upon acceptance of Clause Samples
Upon acceptance of a request for a Loan, Mighty Brokerage shall provide a term sheet (“Term Sheet”) to Client confirming the terms of the Loan as agreed between Client and Mighty Brokerage, which shall be conclusive and binding on Client.
Upon acceptance of a Final Deliverable by the City, the Consultant will be eligible to present an invoice to the City for ninety percent of the payment due. The invoice must include a copy of the Final Deliverable and evidence of a valid Business Tax Registration Certificate.
Upon acceptance of a Blanket Order by the Supplier in accordance with Clause 4.4, 4.6, and 4.9:
4.14.1 the Supplier shall manufacture, sell and deliver and the Buyer shall buy and accept delivery of the quantity of the Product specified in such Blanket Order; and
4.14.2 save as expressly provided for under Clause 5, neither Party may vary or cancel such Blanket Order.
