Uploading. Contributor will upload, maintain and correct the Contributor GTIN Records using the uploading system. Contributor will upload its GTIN Records using any one of any of these three (3) methods in accordance with the instructions on the Origin HDA Web Portal: (a) uploading a Contributor GTIN Number for one product at a time; (b) uploading a table of Contributor GTIN Numbers in one of the authorized forms (such as a flat file); (c) uploading one or more Contributor GTIN Numbers using the API available on the Web Portal. Contributor has the right to authorize, as an Authorized User (defined in Section 3), its traceability service provider(s) (which are actively providing services to support Contributor’s use of the Origin HDA Product Data Source Service) to upload Contributor’s GTIN Records using the methods provided in subsections (a), (b) and (c) above.

Uploading. Work on a Specific Job will not be commenced until the Recordings and Transcription Source in respect thereof have been received by the Company and, in the event of a partial deposit or prepayment in full being required, until such time as the partial deposit or prepayment in full has been received by the Company. Turnaround time for a Specific Job is calculated from the time of upload of the Recordings and Transcription Source by the Service User.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • End User An “End User” is you, an individual or entity, which receives the Models from Licensee or Authorized Licensee User pursuant to this End User Agreement to use in the regular course of your affairs, but not for resale, modification, distribution or exploitation by third parties without AnyLogic’s prior written consent.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.
