Updates to Information. At the reasonable request of any party hereto, any other party will update by amendment or supplement any disclosure made in writing by such party to the other party and each party hereby represents and warrants that such written disclosures, as so amended or supplemented, shall be true, correct and complete as of the date or dates thereof.
Updates to Information. If your credit card number or expiration date changes, we may update it without any action on your part and we may acquire such updated information from a third party including our financial services partner, the card networks, and your bank or card issuer. If you do not want us to update your card information, you may contact your issuer to request this or remove your Payment Method from your PayPal Account. If we update your Payment Method, we will keep any preference setting attached to such Payment Method.
Updates to Information. If the number or expiration date of your credit card registered with PayPal change, among others, we may, but will not be obliged to, acquire that information from our financial services partner and update your Account automatically. It is your responsibility to keep all your information constantly updated with PayPal. If such information is not correct or updated for any reason, PayPal may, at any time, terminate, suspend or limit your access to your Account or to the PayPal services.

The Vendors and the Corporations shall update on or before Closing, by amendment or supplement, any of the information disclosure schedules referred to in this Agreement and any other disclosure in writing to FMC as soon as reasonably possible after new or conflicting information comes to the attention of the Vendors or the Corporations. FMC shall not be obligated to accept any such amendment or supplement if it results in a Material Adverse Change in the Business and receipt of any such amendment or supplement shall not be deemed to be a waiver or release by FMC of any provision of this Agreement.

The Purchaser shall not be obligated to accept any such amendment or supplement and receipt of any such amendment or supplement shall not be deemed to be a waiver or release by the Purchaser of any provision of this Agreement.

From the date hereof until the Effective Time, Sellers and Purchasers shall give each other prompt written notice of any development that could reasonably be expected to result in a failure of a condition to Sellers’ or Purchasers’ obligations set forth in Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8.

If there is a discrepancy between the Information reflected in your Account Profile and the information contained in the documents you provide for the purpose of Verification, PayPal reserves the right to amend such Information so that it conforms to the documents provided.
