Common use of Updates and Revisions Clause in Contracts

Updates and Revisions. During the period of this Agreement, the Licensor will advise the Licensee of any updates or revisions that Licensor is incorporating into the Software. On Licensee’s request a single copy of the Software incorporating this type of change will be sent to Licensee in object form and Licensor will grant Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it subject to the same terms that are set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
