You acknowledge that your use of the Software or Services does not confer on you any interest, monetary or otherwise, in any aspect or feature of the Software or Services, including but not limited to any in-game rewards, achievements, character levels. You also acknowledge that any character data, game progress, game customization or other data related to your use of the Software or Services may cease to be available to you at any time without notice from Epic, including without limitation after a patch, update, or upgrade is applied by Epic. Epic does not have any maintenance or support obligations with respect to the Software or Services.

Updates and Patches. With regards to the handling of your Personal Data, we shall establish and maintain mechanisms for vulnerability and patch management that are designed to evaluate application, system, and network device vulnerabilities and apply our operating system and application like Web Servers, Database etc., and our security fixes and patches in a timely manner taking a risk- based approach for prioritizing critical patches. For critical, zero-day, patches will be applied within 30 days.
Updates and Patches. Every month your server is checked to see whether the Operating System and the software designated for maintenance and installed by Nucleus have to be updated. The standard maintenance window for this is every Tuesday morning between 05.00 and 07.00 hours. Critical updates are installed within 24 hours, after informing the client. Patch management is performed at Nucleus by qualified personnel who log-on into your server itself and carry out the updates and then check to see whether they were installed successfully. The correct functioning of the server is also checked. So we do not make use of a one-size-fits- all solution, whereby updates are centrally deployed on all servers in an automatic way. One week before we plan to place updates on your system you will be informed through an e- mail (technical contact persons). You then have 6 days to postpone these updates to a later moment, if that suits you better. You will also be informed when we have finished the updates on your server.

You also acknowledge that any app customization or other data related to your use of the Software may cease to be available to you at any time without notice from Transfolio, including without limitation after a patch, update, or upgrade is applied by Transfolio. Transfolio does not have any maintenance or support obligations with respect to the Software.
