Common use of Updated Schedules Clause in Contracts

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.02(b), the following updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate: Schedules 1.01(c), 5.20(a) and 5.20(b).

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.01(d), updated Schedules 5.19(b) and 5.19(c) to this Agreement, Agreement and updated Schedules 9(k) and 9(l) to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Security Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation representations related to such Schedule Schedules true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), an updated Schedules Schedule 5.20 to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule 5.20 true and correct in all material respects as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.01(d), updated Schedules 5.19(b) and 5.19(c) to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation representations related to such Schedule Schedules true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), the following updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate: Schedule 5.19(b).

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a)) which is required to be delivered by the Company concurrently with the delivery of the annual financial statements referred to in Section 6.01(a) unless requested more frequently by the Lender in its reasonable discretion, updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), an updated Schedules Schedule 5.19(b) to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), as applicable, any updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.02(b), the following updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.: Schedules 1.01(c), 5.20(a) and 5.20(b). ​ ​

Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), the updated Schedules Schedule 1.01(c) to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.02(b), updated Schedules to this Agreementthe Disclosure Letter, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently In connection with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a)6.02(b) for the last fiscal quarter of each year, the following updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate: Schedule 5.20(a) and Schedule A2 of the Information Certificate.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a6.02(b), the following updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct in all material respects as of the date of such Compliance Certificate: Schedule 5.17.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), as applicable, any updated Schedules to this Agreement, to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.. 

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), an updated Schedules Schedule 5.19 to this Agreement, Agreement in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the extent permitted to be updated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Lender (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate, ) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate.
