Updated Rent Roll. A rent roll in the form of Exhibit D of the rents and other charges and payments due from tenants under the Leases, including without limitation any which are in arrears, all dated as of the Closing Date and certified by Seller as true and correct to the best of Seller’s knowledge;
Updated Rent Roll. Seller shall deliver to Buyer an updated Rent Roll dated three (3) business days prior to the Closing Date.
Updated Rent Roll. An update of the Rent Roll (with modifications as appropriate), certified by Seller to be accurate in all material respects as of the date of Closing;
Updated Rent Roll. An updated schedule of Tenant Leases, containing all information required to be set forth in Exhibit "D", which schedule is correct and complete as of the date of Closing.
Updated Rent Roll. A Rent Roll updated to the Closing Date, or as close as possible; and
Updated Rent Roll. From time to time, upon written request by Buyer not more often than once weekly, such Seller shall provide to Buyer an updated Rent Roll with respect to such Seller’s Asset, which shall be in substantially the same format as the Rent Roll with respect to such Seller’s Asset attached hereto as Schedule 3.1(m).
Updated Rent Roll. A current rent roll for the Property in the form of the rent roll attached as Schedule 4.
Updated Rent Roll. An update of the Rent Roll certified by Seller to be true and accurate as of a date within three days of the Closing Date.
Updated Rent Roll. The Company shall have furnished MergerCo and MergerLP with an updated Rent Roll (as defined in the Master Agreement) for each Merger Agreement Property (as defined in the Master Agreement) dated no earlier than five (5) days prior to Closing certified by an authorized representative of the Company as accurate and complete in all material respects.
Updated Rent Roll. Seller having delivered to Buyer, at least five days prior to the Closing Date, an updated Rent Roll in the form specified in Section 3.2.6 (the "Updated Rent Roll"), dated not earlier than 15 days prior to the Closing Date, certified by Seller to be accurate and complete, and Buyer having approved the Updated Rent Roll. The Updated Rent Roll shall show no adverse changes from the Rent Roll, and Buyer may disapprove the Updated Rent Roll if it shows any adverse changes from the Rent Roll.
