Except for those purchases, acquisitions and other transactions described on Schedule 3 or on Schedule 8 attached hereto, all of the Collateral has been originated by the Grantor in the ordinary course of the Grantor's business or consists of goods that have been acquired by the Grantor in the ordinary course from a person in the business of selling goods of that kind. Except for those purchases, acquisitions and other transactions described on Schedule 3 in Section 3.1 or on Schedule 8 7 attached hereto, all of the Collateral (i) has been originated by the Grantor in the ordinary course of the Grantor's business or (ii) consists of goods that which have been acquired by the Grantor in the ordinary course from a person in the business of selling goods of that kind.
