Unusual Situations. The Parties recognize that special situations may arise which necessitate departure from the drafting sequences prescribed by (a) through (f). It is intended that the operating strategy be implemented only within the areas of freedom remaining after all special conditions are met. Part II Limits
Unusual Situations. 8.1. In case of any Unusual Situation, Parties are obliged to proceed according to the Operational Procedures described in Annex 3.
8.2. If an Unusual Situation occurs, the Parties shall inform each other within five (5) Working Days on its origin and measures taken to relieve the Unusual Situation. Within ten (10) Working Days the Parties shall elaborate a common report explaining the origin and measures taken to relieve the Unusual Situation.
