Unused Funds. The paid leave and money prescribed by the clause is for each individual to use. If an individual does not use their expense entitlement within a year it goes into the PACT Accrued Education Fund for discretionary allocation within their service centre and the organisation. Unused leave hours are not carried forward. A year is defined beginning 1 July each year and finishing 30 June the following year. The process for applying for Accrued Funds is set out n Appendix II to this agreement.
Unused Funds. Upon the termination or completion of services by the technical assistance provider, any unused funds shall be returned by the technical assistance provider to the Indian Tribe Trust and added back to the Tribal Allocation Subaccount.
Unused Funds. Funds awarded and paid from the County to Recipient pursuant to this Agreement that are not expended must be returned to the County on or before December 30, 2020, and may not be used for expenditures incurred after December 30, 2020.
Unused Funds. At the end-of-term Grantee agrees to return any unexpended or unaccounted for funds to the State Library, or to submit a written request for an extension of the grant period. Funds will be considered unexpended or unaccounted if they were: (1) not used for their intended purpose, or (2) used inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Funds will also be considered unaccounted for, and must be returned, if the proposal outcomes or deliverables are materially incomplete by the end-of-term or earlier termination, as determined by the State Library in its sole discretion.
Unused Funds. Unused funds shall be rolled over and eligible for the next fiscal year.
Unused Funds. 4.10 For any checks that have not been returned as undeliverable or remain uncashed after 90 days of issuance, the Settlement Administrator shall mail a second check to the Claimant.
Unused Funds. Unused funds from the Fund Projects, for which no further disbursements are due to be made, shall be held by the Partner Agency (following, if applicable, their return to the Partner Agency by the project recipient or such other party) in the Partner Agency TF; provided that in the case of unused funds from the Fund Projects, any such funds held by the Partner Agency shall be reflected in the net cash position of the Partner Agency TF (for the relevant SCCF Program in the case of the SCCF), referred to in Section 5.1.(c)(ii) above, so that the amount of the unused funds shall be taken into account to determine the amount of transfer of the Fund funds (from the relevant SCCF Program Account in the case of the SCCF) to the Partner Agency. The Partner Agency will maintain a record of any such unused funds and report to the Trustee pursuant to Section 12.2.(d) below. Any unused funds reported by the Partner Agency shall be reflected in cancellation of commitments by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1.(e)(ii).
Unused Funds. Should the actual total cumulative costs to complete all tasks for Pipeline Segment B be less than the estimated total cumulative costs, the unused funds as well as any accrued interest shall be returned to the COUNTY within sixty (60) days of Board project closeout. If the actual total cumulative costs are more than the estimated total cumulative costs, the accrued interest will be used by TAMPA BAY WATER to assist in funding the task items.
Unused Funds. 7.1.4.1 IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE ANY FUNDS REMAINING IN ANY CONTINGENCY,THOSE FUNDS SHALL BE RETAINED SOLELY BY THE OWNER. THE OWNER SHALL ALSO RETAIN FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE REDUCTION IN THE GMP IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE AGREED UPON BONDS AND INSURANCE PERCENTAGE IN SECTION 7.8 MULTIPLIED BY THE DOLLAR VALUE OF THE GMP REDUCTION AFTER THE UNUSED CONTINGENCIES ARE REMOVED.
Unused Funds. Funds unused by a grantee may be redistributed to another CDBG applicant or grantee. The distribution of unused funds may occur during the program year or during the annual allocation process.
