Unscheduled Interruptions. A Party may temporarily interrupt or reduce any service, or temporarily separate all or any part of the facilities of its Electric System from another Party’s Electric System to implement CAISO operating orders and their respective Balancing Authority Area Arrangements or Good Utility Practice at any time that: (i) a System Emergency exists, provided that if the unscheduled interruption is not undertaken pursuant to a CAISO operating order (a) such interruption, reduction of service or separation is necessary to remedy the System Emergency, and (b) the duration of such interruption, reduction of service or separation will be limited to as short a time period as reasonable under the circumstances; (ii) the action is necessary to prevent a hazard to life or property; or (iii) the operation of the Party’s Electric System is suspended, interrupted or interfered with as a result of an Uncontrollable Force. Reasonable effort shall be made to coordinate any such interruption and such interruption will be immediately communicated to the affected Party. In the event of such interruption or reduction in service, the Parties shall restore full service on a basis comparable to the restoration of other public service and safety facilities and consistent with their respective Balancing Authority Area Arrangements.

If the servers are out of action or CASD is inaccessible, for example following a fault, breakdown or unscheduled urgent intervention, the Users concerned will be notified as soon as possible and as much as possible of the nature of the incident, the estimated interruption period and its consequences.
Unscheduled Interruptions. PG&E may temporarily interrupt or reduce Interconnection Service to the Generating Facility, or temporarily separate the PG&E Electric System from the Generating Facility, if PG&E determines at any time that: (i) an Emergency condition exists; or (ii) the action is necessary or desirable to prevent a hazard to life or property; or (iii) the operation of the PG&E Electric System is suspended, interrupted or interfered with as a result of Force Majeure; or (iv) at the instruction of the ISO in accordance with the TCA. In the event of such interruption or reduction in Interconnection Service, PG&E shall restore full Interconnection Service on a basis comparable to the restoration of other public service and safety facilities, and, in any event, as directed by the authorized emergency response officials. Should PG&E determine that such interruption or reduction in service will be of a prolonged nature, the PG&E and Applicant shall confer and attempt to agree on the time by which full service can be restored.
Unscheduled Interruptions. In the event that an Unscheduled Interruption occurs on either the Supplier or Purchaser’s system, notice of the Unscheduled Interruption including the cause and estimated duration of the Unscheduled Interruption shall be given to the other party as soon as practicable and not more than four (4) hours following the occurrence of the Unscheduled Interruption. Notice shall also be given to the other party as soon as the Unscheduled Interruption has been remedied and regular delivery of RNG can resume.
