Unpaid Vacation Leave Sample Clauses

Unpaid Vacation Leave. The District will allow bargaining unit members to take unpaid leave for a maximum of ten (10) working days per year. No more than five (5) consecutive workdays may be scheduled at one (1) time. It is understood that the District has the right to restrict the number of bargaining unit members taking such leave at the same time.

Unpaid Vacation Leave. Within 10 days of execution of this Agreement, you shall be reimbursed at your daily rate, for three weeks of accrued and/or earned vacation, which the parties hereby agree represents all accrued and/or earned vacation leave existing as of the date of execution of this Agreement. You shall not earn or accrue any vacation during the Transition Period.

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Annual Vacation Leave 33.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • Vacations; Leave The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors for executive employees and to voluntary leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned. Following the completion of six (6) months of service, the employee shall be entitled to use earned paid vacation.

  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum:

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave An employee who has earned at least ten (10) days' pay for each calendar month of a vacation year shall earn vacation leave of:

  • VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY 14.01 The vacation year shall be from April 1st of one calendar year to March 31st of the following calendar year inclusive.
