Common use of Unless Clause in Contracts

Unless. 6.1.1 we agree in writing; or 6.1.2 you have subscribed to the multi-users packages, you will not permit the Services to be accessed or utilised simultaneously by more than one user or by any one or more users in a network environment. We will, in our discretion, determine whether any arrangement, configuration or usage of the Services constitutes use within a network environment.
