Common use of Unlawfulness Clause in Contracts

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, to fulfil any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents or for a Creditor to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it under any of the Security Documents or otherwise; or

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, Party to fulfil any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents or for a Creditor the Bank to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it under any of the Security Documents or otherwise; or

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, to fulfil any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents or any of the Underlying Documents or for a Creditor the Agent or the Banks to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it them under any of the Security Documents or otherwise; or

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, to fulfil fulfill any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents or for a Creditor the Bank to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it under any of the Security Documents or otherwise; or

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, to fulfil any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents or the Underlying Documents or for a Creditor to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it under any of the Security Documents or the Underlying Documents or otherwise; or

Unlawfulness. it becomes impossible or unlawful at any time for any Security Party, to fulfil any of the covenants and obligations expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Security Documents, the Master Swap Agreements or any of the Underlying Documents or for a Creditor the Agent or the Banks to exercise the rights or any of them vested in it them under any of the Security Documents or otherwise; or
