University Grievances. 22.2.1 In the event that the University believes that the terms and conditions of this Agreement have been violated, misinterpreted or improperly applied, the ▇▇▇▇/director, or where appropriate, a vice-president, shall, after consultation with the Staff Relations Officer, Human Resources or his/her designate, present a grievance in writing to the President of the Union with a copy to the CUPE National Representative, within ten
