Common use of University Grievances Clause in Contracts

University Grievances. The Associate Vice-President (Academic) and ▇▇▇▇ of Graduate Studies shall have the right to originate a policy grievance on behalf of the University and to submit such grievance in writing to the President of the Union. Where the Parties are unable to resolve such grievance to their mutual satisfaction within twenty (20) days of receipt of the grievance by the Union, the Associate Vice-President (Academic) and ▇▇▇▇ of Graduate Studies may within a further twenty (20) days notify the Union in writing of his or her intent to submit the grievance to arbitration.
