Common use of Unit Information Clause in Contracts

Unit Information. Upon the implementation of this MOU, Management will provide the Association with access to a list of employees in alphabetical order, their first and last names, employee identification numbers, addresses, class titles, class codes, membership status, and work location by department, office, or bureau, as well as division if such information is readily available. All information shall be provided to the Association electronically in a file format or through a readily accessible database. The means of provision and the substance of the requisite information may be changed by mutual agreement.
