Unit Dosing. Buyer, including any third-party radiopharmacy that prepares unit doses of Products for Buyer, represents and warrants that it will adhere to requirements listed in the applicable published Product packet inserts.
Unit Dosing. Customer represents and warrants that it will adhere to dosing regimens determined by GE Healthcare. GE Healthcare shall have the right at reasonable times to audit the Customer’s books and records that record the compounding, distribution and sales of unit doses to assure adherence to the dosing regimens determined by GE Healthcare.
