Union Training Programs a) Subject to agreement between the employer and a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be able to attend approved union training programs during the term of this agreement. b) Shop Stewards attending a training course during their ordinary working time shall be paid at their normal rate of pay.
