Common use of Union Staff Representatives Clause in Contracts

Union Staff Representatives. Union representatives who are not bargaining unit members shall be authorized to speak for the Union in all matters governed by this Agreement and shall be permitted to visit any work area at any time with prior approval of the Employer. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Union shall provide a list of staff representatives to the Director of the Division of Personnel. Only those individuals on the Union provided list shall be entitled to the rights described in this Article.
