Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1.1.1 The District agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agent for the custodians and grounds maintenance personnel within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.
