UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 26.01 A duly authorized full-time representative of the Union (the “Union Representative”) shall be entitled to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of observing working conditions, and communicating with the employees in the Bargaining Unit (“Bargaining Unit Member”) with respect to matters relating to The Labour Relations Act or the Collective Agreement. 26.02 Such visits shall occur only after the Union Representative has notified the Executive Director or, in their absence, another designated representative of management by phone or email. Notification may be provided in advance of the visit. If notification is not provided in advance, notification shall take place upon entering the Employer’s premises and before proceeding on a visit. 26.03 The Union Representative shall interview Bargaining Unit Member(s) during their meal and/or rest periods, whenever possible. However, if the interview must occur during a Bargaining Unit Member’s working hours, the Employer shall allow the Bargaining Unit Member up to ten (10) minutes of paid time off in order to meet with the Union Representative, provided said time off does not unduly interfere with the Employer’s operations. 26.04 Interviews between the Union Representative and a Bargaining Unit Member shall be held in private so as to not distract or disrupt other employees. Any such meeting shall take place in a location designated by the Employer and acceptable to the Union. 26.05 When on the Employer’s premises, the Union Representative shall not unduly interrupt, disrupt or stop any employee who is engaged in the performance of his or her duties and the Union Representative shall observe all reasonable policies governing the Employer’s operation, including but not limited to all COVID-19 related policies and protocols. However, no such policy shall prohibit, prevent or unduly interfere in any way with the Union Representative’s rights that are provided for in this Agreement.

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 26.01 A 19.01 After notifying the appropriate on-duty management person, or duly authorized fullon-time duty representative of management upon entering the Employer's premises, duly authorized representatives of the Union (the “Union Representative”) shall be entitled to visit all areas of the Employer’s premises operations to which the bargaining unit employees normally have access for the purpose of observing working conditions, and for the purpose of interviewing and communicating with the employees in on duty, and for the Bargaining Unit (“Bargaining Unit Member”) with respect to matters relating to The Labour Relations Act or purpose of ensuring that the terms of the Collective Agreement.
26.02 Such visits Agreement are being implemented. Occasionally, and with prior approval of the Employer or designated representative, which shall occur only after not be unreasonably withheld, a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to accompany the Union Representative has notified Representatives at all times during such visits and all such time spent by the Executive Director or, in Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ during their absence, another designated representative of management by phone or emailscheduled working hours shall be considered as time worked. (a) carried on in private in a place within the Employer’s operation, including but not limited to all COVID-19 related policies and protocols's premises designated by management;
(b) held whenever possible during the meal period or rest periods. However, no when this is not practical;
(c) held during the employee's working hours. 26.05 When on the Employer’s premiseslunchroom, the Union Representative shall not unduly contact Human Resources to advise that they intend to visit the lunchroom providing that the lunchroom is in ordinary use by employees. The purpose of the visit to the lunchroom is to communicate with employees who wish to talk to the Union Representative and be available to answer any questions or concerns employees may have during their meal or rest periods. The Union Representative will be entitled to visit the hatchery accompanied by the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ after providing notice the previous day to Human Resources. The Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on duty at the time of the visit will be entitled to accompany the Union Representative during their visit and such accompaniment will never be for more than two (2) hours per visit in total.
(b) When at the hatchery, the Union Representative shall follow and observe all regulations and policies governing hatchery operations.
(c) If the Union Representative wishes to speak to any employee where such discussion interferes with the employee's work, they will be entitled to communicate with employees in a private place within the Company's premises designated by management. Under no circumstances will a Union Representative interrupt, disrupt disrupt, or stop any employee on duty.
(d) The Union shall notify the Company in writing of the person(s) who is engaged in they expect to routinely visit the performance of his or her duties and hatchery. Additional persons employed by the Union Representative shall observe all reasonable policies governing the Employer’s operation, including but not limited to all COVID-19 related policies and protocols. However, no such policy shall prohibit, prevent or unduly interfere in any way may be authorized for specific visits upon prior discussion with the Human Resources Department or Manager of Hatchery Operations. No Union Representative’s rights that are provided for Representative will be permitted to visit the plant floor of the Hatchery if they have, within the preceding forty-eight (48) hours, been in this Agreementcontact with any other poultry or livestock units.

26.02 Such visits Agreement are being implemented. The Union Representative shall occur only after give the Employer 24 hours’ notice of any such visit, including the locations to be visited and the approximate time the Union Representative has notified anticipates being at each location.
22.02 A Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or an employee selected by the Executive Director or, in their absence, another designated union representative of management by phone or email. Notification may shall be provided in advance entitled to accompany the Union Representative at all times during such visits.
22.03 Given the floor plan of the visitEmployer's premises, the Employer cannot guarantee that the Union Representative's meeting will be uninterrupted by normal operation of the store. If notification is not provided in advance, notification shall take place upon entering The Union acknowledges that all areas of the Employer’s 's premises, other than washrooms, are under continuous video surveillance which may not be disrupted in any way. The Union Representative will not attend any non-customer accessible area of the Employer's premises and before proceeding on without being accompanied by a visitstore employee at all times.
26.03 22.04 The Union Representative shall follow all required health, safety, security and regulatory protocols when visiting the Employer's operations, and must conduct themselves in a manner that does not adversely impact customer service or general operation of the store.
22.05 The Union Representative shall interview Bargaining Unit Member(s) employees during their meal and/or rest periods, whenever possible. However, if the interview must occur during a Bargaining Unit Member’s the employee's working hours, the Employer shall allow the Bargaining Unit Member each employee up to ten five (105) minutes of paid time off in order to meet with the Union Representative, provided said Representative at a time off which does not unduly interfere with adversely impact customer service or general operation of the Employer’s operationsstore.
26.04 Interviews between the Union Representative and a Bargaining Unit Member shall be held in private so as to not distract or disrupt other employees. Any such meeting shall take place in a location designated by the Employer and acceptable to the Union.
