UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. a) Upon prior notification to the Executive Director or designate, the authorized Union Representative of the Union shall be entitled to visit all work areas of the Employer’s Operation where employees work, with minimum disruption to the person supported or the employees, for the purpose of communicating with employees in the workplace and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. The Union recognizes the special nature of the facilities operated by the Employer and acknowledges that with the exception of emergency circumstances, union representative visits to facilities without advance notification and authorization will not be permitted.
