Common use of UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS Clause in Contracts

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 17.01 A duly authorized full-time representative of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Employer's premises for the purpose of communicating with the employees on duty, subject to the provisions of Article 17.03. Such visits shall only occur after the said representative has notified the General Manager or his/her designated representative. The Employer will provide the Union Representative with a daily access card to enter the employee’s work areas during regular working hours.

Notification shall take place upon entering the Company’s premises and before proceeding on duty, subject to the provisions of Article 17.03. Such visits shall only occur after the said representative has notified the General Manager or his/her designated representative. The Employer will provide the Union Representative with a daily access card to enter the employee’s work areas during regular working hoursvisit.

Such visits shall only occur after the said representative has notified the General Manager manager or his/her their designated representative. The Employer will provide the Union Representative with a daily access card to enter the employee’s work areas during regular working hours.

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 17.01 A duly 6.01 Duly authorized full-time representative representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit all areas of the Employer's premises operation after first notifying the appropriate management person, for the purpose of communicating with observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the employees on duty, subject to terms of the provisions Collective Agreement are being implemented. A bargaining unit employee who normally works in the restricted areas of Article 17.03. Such visits the Employer's operation shall only occur after the said representative has notified the General Manager or his/her designated representative. The Employer will provide accompany the Union Representative with a daily access card to enter the employee’s work areas at all times during regular working hourssuch visits and all such time spent by said bargaining unit employee shall be considered as time worked.
