UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 18.01 After notifying the Associate Owner or his designate, an authorized Union Representative may visit the Company's premises for purpose of meeting with the Company and/or employees. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal store operations. All discussions with employees relating to union matters shall be conducted in the non-public areas of the store.
