UNION REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES. 6.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that where negotiations are conducted on a joint basis between any or all of the Long Term Care homes in the Employer chain in the Province of Ontario, the Union will elect or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee consisting of three (3) representatives from each home.
