Common use of UNION RELATIONS Clause in Contracts

UNION RELATIONS. No employee of the Company or the Subsidiary is a member of a collective bargaining unit of the Company or the Subsidiary and there have not been any, and, to the knowledge of the Company, there are no threatened or, to the knowledge of the Company, contemplated, attempts to organize for collective bargaining purposes any of the employees of the Company or the Subsidiary.

UNION RELATIONS. No employee Except as disclosed in Schedule 2.17 attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, no employees of the Company or the Subsidiary is a member are members of a collective bargaining unit of the Company or the Subsidiary and there have not been any, and, to the knowledge of the Company, there are no threatened or, to the knowledge of the Company, contemplated, attempts to organize for collective bargaining purposes any of the employees of the Company or the Subsidiary.
