– Union Orientation (AB 119). Every 120 days starting January 1, the City shall provide the Union with a roster of current bargaining unit member, identifying the member, whether they are an agency shop or union member. The City will provide two (2) business days’ notice prior to the orientation of a new bargaining unit member.
