Union Officers and Representatives. 6.1 The University acknowledges the right of the Union and the Union Local to elect/appoint employees as Executives and Representatives and recognizes that it is the responsibility of such executives and representatives to assist in the administration of this Agreement.

Union Officers and Representatives. A written list of Union officers and representatives shall be furnished to the Town immediately after designation, and the Union shall immediately notify the Town of any changes therein.
Union Officers and Representatives. The Union has delivered to the Company, a list of its officers and representatives and agrees to promptly notify it by writing, signed by the President of the Union, of any change therein during the life of this agreement, and agrees that the Company may accept and act upon, as being authorized by the Union any notice signed by its President.

Union Officers and Representatives. Association Officers and Union representatives agree to work with the City Manager or his/her designee as the agent of the City in all matters related to grievances (in accordance with Article VII of this Memorandum of Understanding), the interpretation of this Agreement, and any and all negotiations for successor agreements.
Union Officers and Representatives. The District and the Union agree that Union Officers and Representatives shall be allowed to meet with District Representatives for the purposes of meeting and conferring in good faith. If meetings occur during working hours, a reasonable number of participating employees shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or any other benefit when formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the District. For the purposes of this MOU, “reasonable number of participating employees” shall be defined as one (1) employee, unless the District Administrator deems it appropriate to release more than one (1) employee. When determining appropriateness, the District Administrator shall consider the effect on the operations of the District.
