Common use of Union Matters Clause in Contracts

The Bargaining Unit President shall have the option of being scheduled only on the day tour except where such request would result in an inability to provide a workable staffing schedule within a specific unit. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. The employer shall provide an office in the hospital for the sole use of the Union executive.
