Common use of Union Duties Clause in Contracts

Union Duties. Full Time (or Part Time): Any employee who is elected or selected for a full-time or part-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority for a period of up to one (1) year. Such leave shall be reviewed each year on request during his term of office.
