Common use of UNION COMMITTEES Clause in Contracts

UNION COMMITTEES. The Company agrees to keep the employee’s pay whole while attending committee meetings with the Company. Employees will not be compensated or receive premium pay for attending meetings on their regular days off or when meetings extend beyond their regularly scheduled day or shift.
