UNION AND LABOR RELATIONS. With respect to any services performed pursuant to this Agreement, Incumbent shall ensure all such services comply with all applicable labor or union-related agreements, regulations and ordinances and shall not require Pathnet to join any union or other labor organization as a condition to performing services contemplated by this Agreement.
