Common use of Union Activity Clause in Contracts

Union Activity. The Employer and the Union agree that no employee shall be discriminated against, intimidated, restrained, or coerced in the exercise of any rights granted by this Agreement, or on account of membership or lawful activities on behalf of the Union.
