Union Activity During Working Hours. Employees shall, after giving reasonable notice to their supervisors, be allowed reasonable time off with pay during working hours to attend grievance meetings or other meetings called or agreed to by the Employer, if such employees are entitled or required to attend such meetings by virtue of being union representatives or grievants and if such attendance will not unreasonably or substantially disrupt or interfere with the Employer's operations.
