Unimpaired. Each holder of a General Unsecured Claim will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the Agreed Plan pursuant to section 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code. No holder of a General Unsecured Claim will be entitled to vote to accept or reject the Agreed Plan.
