Uniform Purchase. Employee input shall be sought on any proposed changes to uniforms or the selection and purchase of new uniform items. Management, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the selection and purchase of new uniform items.
Uniform Purchase. Effective April 1, 2009 and for the balance of this Agreement, all full-time personnel who are required to wear a uniform by the County Engineer or his/her designee other than those referred to in paragraph (1), shall receive Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) for the contract year to defray the cost of purchasing uniforms which shall be payable on or about April 1st.
Uniform Purchase. An annual payment of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.) for uniform allowance on or before April 1st of each contract year, to defray the cost of purchasing the prescribed uniform. This payment shall increase on April 1, 2010 to Three Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($375.) and for the duration of this contract.
