Uniform Notification Provisions. The “NOTICE” requirements of this Agreement shall be satisfied if the following requirements are met:
a) delivery by Certified Mail, E-mail or FAX to the Employer and/or to the Union;
b) sent within the specified time limits; and
c) Proof of Service is provided, when required.
