Uniform Commercial Code Filings. The Borrower authorizes the Collateral Agent at any time and from time to time to file in any relevant jurisdiction financing statements and amendments thereto describing the Collateral pledged by the Borrower under the Collateral Agreement as "all assets", "all personal property" or in any other manner deemed appropriate by the Collateral Agent, and the Borrower hereby confirms and ratifies the filing by the Collateral Agent prior to the date hereof of any financing statements containing such a description.

Uniform Commercial Code Filings. Any filings requested or required under the Uniform Commercial Code duly completed and executed and such other actions as Buyer shall have requested in order to perfect the security interests created pursuant to this Agreement;

Uniform Commercial Code Filings. The Equipment User agrees to execute and deliver such Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or other appropriate filings, recordings or registrations, including all refilings, rerecordings and reregistrations, containing a description of the Equipment as the Collateral Agent or the Administrative Agent may request from time to time in order to protect the ownership interest of the Equipment Owner in the Equipment or the perfection of the Security Interest.
