Unforeseeable difficulties. Except as otherwise stated in the Agreement: the Contractor accepts complete responsibility for having foreseen all difficulties and costs of successfully completing the Works; the Contract Price shall not be adjusted to take account of any unforeseen difficulties or costs; and the Scheduled Completion Date shall not be adjusted to take account of any unforeseen difficulties or costs.
