Unenforceable Terms. If any term, covenant or condition of this Agreement or the application thereof to any Signatory or circumstance will be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this Agreement or application of such term, covenant or condition to a Signatory or circumstance other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, will not be affected thereby and each remaining term, covenant or condition of this Agreement will be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
