Unemployment Insurance or Workers’ Compensation Benefits. Consultant agrees that it is not entitled to unemployment insurance or workers’ compensation benefits as a result of performance of the Services for Authority. Consultant shall provide workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance benefits for its employees and/or subconsultants as required by law.
