Common use of Underwriting Memos Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Memos. Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a complete copy of the underwriting credit memo prepared with respect to each Loan, including all attachments and exhibits thereto, promptly and in any event within five (5) Business Days following the date of such request. The Administrative Agent shall have the right to request a complete copy of each subsequent approval and, upon receipt of such request, the Borrower shall promptly provide the Administrative Agent with a complete copy of such subsequent approval.
