Underwriting Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Administrative Agent, a non-refundable underwriting fee in accordance with the terms of the Fee Letter.
Underwriting Fees. For the First Underwriting Year, the Servicing Expenses shall be estimated to be equal to the Applicable Percentage of 10% of the Gross Written Premium.
