Common use of Underwriter Agreements Clause in Contracts

Underwriter Agreements. The Company is not a party to any agreement with an agent or underwriter for any other “at-the-market” or continuous equity transaction, except for the Open Market Sale Agreement dated August 13, 2021 between the Company and Xxxxxxxxx LLC.
